Refunds and Returns Policy:

All retail and service sales are final. All appointments must be booked by the guest via the online booking system

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Appointments can not be canceled within the 24 hour cancellation period. Reschedule request for appointments that fall within the 24 hour rescheduling period will be canceled. The guest will need to reschedule online at their convenience.There is a 15 minute grace period that we extend to all of our guest. Please arrive on time. Any guest arriving 15 min past their scheduled appointment time will be canceled and asked to reschedule online at their convenience.

Pricing Policy:

If guest incorrectly books services for upcoming appointment, additional service fees will apply and be requested on day of service.

Right to refuse service:

Each stylist has the right to refuse services at any time during the appointment process. We strive to keep a friendly peaceful working environment and value peace of mind above all things.
